Commission Terms of Service

Terms of service for Commissioning @ladyjanedraws:-You agree that you will pay the full price for the commission before the drawing is started. If there is a deadline, you must make the deadline apparent before payment. Rush orders may not always be taken on, and may require an extra fee. You also understand that the prices are non-negotiable, and haggling isn’t allowed.-You agree to let the artist, (@ladyjanedraws), know about any desired changes during the sketch phase of the work. After sketching, the only alterations that will be made are hue related adjustments. If you do not speak up about changes, they will not be made, and it is not the fault of the artist if you don’t like the final piece.-You understand that you cannot ask for a refund after you have confirmed the sketch, and a refund will not be given to you. ***A full refund will be given if an approved deadline is not met.-You agree that the work created for you will not be edited or altered in any way, unless explicitly agreed upon. You are welcome to crop the art to use for icons or profile pictures, but further edits must be confirmed by the artist, @ladyjanedraws. You cannot claim the artwork as your own.-You agree that the artwork created for you during any and all commissions from the artist will not be for commercial use, unless explicitly agreed upon. Additionally, the art created for you by @ladyjanedraws will not be used in any NFTs, Cryptocurrencies, or any blockchain-associated technologies, past, present, or future. If an infraction is discovered, the client MUST PAY all earnings from commercial use, NFT, Cryptocurrency, or blockchain related technologies to the artist, (@ladyjanedraws), and the artwork will be removed from all art hosting platforms. ***You understand that the artwork is for personal use only, unless previously discussed. Having the artwork printed, made into apparel, stickers, keychains, etc, is allowed as long as the items created are not to be sold, or used for any commercial/ for-profit ventures. You may use the artwork in icons/avatars, or headers, but please credit or link back to @ladyjanedraws!-You understand that the artwork made for you is a copyrighted work of (@ladyjanedraws), and as such, is property of the artist. Not all commissions created are guaranteed to be posted online, but please state beforehand if you don’t want the artwork posted.PNGTUBER and VTUBER notes:-PNGTUBERS may be used for streaming or video creation! You can’t use the artwork created for you to make items for sale (stickers, magnets, pins, etc.)-You understand that any VTUBER commissions will be cut in layers for you, but all rigging must be done by yourself or another rigger.-If the character is created or designed for you by myself (@ladyjanedraws), a commercial fee of 500USD will be required for the design. After the fee is paid, you own all rights to the character and may use it for any commercial venture, including merchandising.By proceeding with the commission process, you agree that you have read and understand all terms stated above, and will comply with all rules presented to you.
